We accept refund or replacement requests for damaged or incorrect items. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Hygiene Policy
Due to hygiene reasons, opened whitening products cannot be returned for refund.

- Clear photos showing the issue (damage, wrong item, etc.)
- A short description of the problem
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
